This air line is the worst ever, you are better off paying extra money to go with United. My husband missed his flight because of spirit personnel at the airport, then they couldn’t get him into a flight for next day so he had to book another flight.
For his return flight he had to pick a different date and charged him an extra $95 and then they booked the wrong date and they wouldn’t give him credit for the ticket he’d already paid for, customer service told him he’d have to book another ticket. They basically took over $200 dollar and paid another $200 for another flight. Don’t ever use this airline. We were frustrated it was the worst experience ever with this airline.
Worst customer service, the women had a major attitude when asked for help. I’ve worked in customer service since I’ve been able to work and spirit has the worst customer service ever.
