Charged me for a seat and a bag when i had an option for me for a free seat choice and a free check in bag.

Nowhere is there an option for a free seat choice and checked bag. Nowhere.

You were clearly misreading it. I book with Spirit often and their website is not complicated.

I'm honestly baffled at how completely stupid people can be sometimes. If you take five seconds to look at what you are doing...although I know that's asking a lot.
