I DO MY RESERVATION TO FLIGHT ON THE 24 OF DECEMBER 20213 AND RETTURN IN 31 DECEMBER 2013 WHEN I GET TO THE AIRPORT THEY TOLD ME THE FLIGHT WAS FULL AND I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER FLIGHT THEY FIND A FLIGHT FOT THE JANUARY 4 AND THEY MAKE ME PAY 140.00 . IM NOT SUPPOUSE TO PAY NOTHING BECAUSE THEY SELL MY TICKETS IM COMPLIAINT FOR MY MONEY AND THE TIME I LOST IN THE AIRPORT AND IN MY WORK I NEED SOMEONE TO RESPOND ME A CALL THE AGENCY THEY SAID THE CANT HELP GUILLERMO AND CESAR THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME TO MAKE A COMPLAINT BY EMAIL OR THE WEB SITE ... PLEASEE ANSWER AS SOON POSSIBLE THE DAY I TAKE THE FLIGHT THEY DO THE SAME AND TO OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TO STAY IN THE AIRPORT I WAS WITH MY 2 LITTLE KIDS
