It took me an hour and a half to book an emergency flight! The website was having problems so first I checked the unhelpful "Help" tab on the web.
Since it didn't fix anything, I called Customer Service to see if they could help. To my discontent all I could get was a robot voice!!! No matter what I pressed it was the same robot and no option to speak with a representative.
When I finally reached someone (an hour later) he didn't quite help me; instead, he just booked the flight right there and charged me $20 dollars extra! They are lucky my Grandparents only fly with them and it was an emergency.
