Booked tickets in August for flight from Cleveland to Las Vegas on November 15th, returning to Akron on November 21st. Only when I got to the airport on the 21st did I find out Spirit had cancelled my flight, they decided they no longer have service to Akron airport.

I was never notified, I was not refunded my money when they cancelled the flight, the rude ticket agent told me I could get another flight 2 days later and what did I expect flying on the busiest day of the year. I booked a flight home with another airlines, it cost me $1900 dollars for my ticket and my son. I will never fly this airlines again!!

Sadly the trip was for a memorial service for my brother who had passed away, it was my first visit to Las Vegas and my first time flying with Spirit. Awful, horrible and unbelievable experience!!
