So i booked a trip to Chicago 3 months in advance. The day i was leaving they delayed the flight twice then cancelled it.
Told me to stand in line and they would get me on the next flight out. Stood in line for about an hour to be told the next flight i could get on was 2 days later! I told them i was on vacation and had to get back to work and was told that wasn't their problem!
Just rude!! Ended up getting a flight the next day with United...i see why they are so cheap...you gwt what you pay for!!!
