Nasir Davis is the worst customer serive rep I have ever tried to work with.

My wife called under a minute after booking her flight, she miss spelled the name and I spent 2 hours on a Sunday trying to fix the issue. I never was able to get this fixed. I was lied to five times by Nasir Davis and would and never will fly Spirt after this. I understand how Spirt Airlines customer satisfaction is so low, cause they dont care!

I will pay extra for flights for now on after how I was treated, and try to understand why there is even a customer help line if they dont know how to treat people.
