After getting through an hour of security at the Orlando Airport, I reached the gate 15 minutes before departure. No one was around.

No even one staff member at the gate. I waived to the pilot that I was there. He talked to someone then put his hands in the air. The plane actually left 4 minutes early from the departure time on ticket.

Come to find out, the plane was already filled, even though I had a ticket. They couldnt of gotten me on the plane regardless.

They wouldnt give me money back so I could book with another airline.They offered to get me home in 2 days day causing to miss 2 days of work. The staff was rude and very unhelpful!

Monetary Loss: $250.
