I was traveling on this past December and was asked to pay $25.00 on an earlier flight. I accepted and paid for the fee.

The flight was delayed since no crew to fly the plane and after the pilots came in, the flight was delayed even more. What was the point on paying more money? I was offered to leave earlier but it did not happen. I wrote Spirit Airlies a letter more than 30 days ago to request a refund on my money and they have never responded.

The flight was terrible. Only one lavatoty working and it was so dirty I could not believe it. Pasengers will not seat down and Stewardess did not control people.

Come on Spirit Airlines. Please reply to your customers and stop ignoring them.

Regardless if I was offered to get to my destination earlier with the additional upgrade fee(and yes I did agree to pay with that condition), Spirit Airlines failed to do that. I did not get such service.


It sounds like that you choose to change your flight at the bargan rate of $25.
