They do a purposeful job of making it so that during your reservation experience online, that you are enrolling in their fare club that is $60 in addition to whatever fees for baggage you're paying. Only on top of that, if you don't travel for the next 3 months, you need to pay the fare club fee AGAIN.

They take forever to respond to you and make you wait on the phone for over 30 minutes at a time.

We even talked to the supervisor, and as upper management, they wouldn't even budge to make sure their customers were happy! The principles of this company are questionable and customer service sucks major time.

Monetary Loss: $60.
