I was in McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, and was supposed to take a flight back home to Dallas Ft. Worth, and the 12:55 AM flight on Tuesday the 16th not only never departed, and forced us out of the plane, but to add insult to injury, Spirit did not provide hotel rooms for this inexcusable inconvenience, was forced to wait in the airport for 12 hours, only to find out that they flat out cancelled every single flight to Dallas that day, and I had to end up booking a hotel room, and a flight with Delta to go to Salt Lake City at 6:30 AM, and take the Dallas Ft.
Worth flight at 10:30 AM Wednesday the 17th to return home. I will never give Spirit a dime again, and will only fly with Delta from now on.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Spirit Airlines. The most disappointing about departures from Spirit Airlines was unprofessional staff, cancellation of flight and refusal to book a hotel Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
