I was sent an email that my flight was cancelled and then they sent another email that it was just delayed and hour. I then called and they told me that my husband and I was a no show and I can not get my money back.
This airlines customer care is ZERO. Now I am stuck in Las Vegas. This is the second time I have been disappointed by this airline. They need to be shut down and all the money people lost should be refunded back to them.
I have had to pay for three ticket in order to make up one ticket cost. Please refund my money.....
