I have Multiple Sclerosis was treated very shabbely by this airline, tgey told me flight was arriving on time which it did not, I waited for 2 hours only to be sent home the gave me a later flight but I lost my car rental and hotel fo there incompetence called a friend in PR San Juan she says she will let me stay with her they have cosy me $200 so far and have not accomedated me in any form, they say I have to pay a charge for changing to San Juan its there fault there excuse saying flight was canceled due to weather change. No they wont facilitate the change
