Experienced worst customer service, and the MOST unprofessional exchange between a Spirit representative, and a patron. After closing the gate door 15 minutes prior to departure, then disapearing down the ramp, the gate rep returned to the gate 2 minutes before departure, and told 21 customers standing there; that they were all "no shows".
He then proceeded to banter back & forth with one young who dared to express herdispleasure (...as she had arrived at the gate approx. 18 minutes before departure and wouldn't accept being deemed a no-show).
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of spirit airlines flight. Spirit Airlines needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
