Spirit Airlines - Not refunding a cancelled trip

To whom it may concern, Spoke with supervisor Jenson if #47885 and told him my issue regarding that my trip was cancelled twice and for some reason it did not show up as cancelled. He was very rude and non compliant like he already made up his mind with out listeni by to me and basically said to me this story did not sound right. Like I'm a liar. Well they lost us as customers.

Spirit Airlines - Cancelled flight no notification

12/9/2017 Cancelled flight from Tampa to Boston. I can understand a weather cancellation, but when I told the woman at the counter that I never received a notice that the flight was cancelled, she looks at the computer and says. Oh you were notified via email at 757 this morning. When I explained that no email was sent she practically called me a liar! And completely useless helping me reschedule.

Spirit Airlines - Always something

It's never right. This time it was my lack of TSA PRE ON MY TICKET. It's paid for, it's computer generated. It was not on my boarding pass. I will do my best to never travel Spirit again.

They are deceptive for carry on chargers on their web site Disorganized at the Fort Lauderdale airport I paid 320 for on line checking after I bought my tickets. Waited an hour to drop my bag for connecting flight after us custom they truly suck. Never fly with spirit again
