Spirit airlines are the LEAST customer focused company I have ever dealt with. I have literally spent hours holding for a customer service representative, then have been disconnected two different times, have been charged interest on purchases I paid for using my checking routing number, and was charged interest on the interest that i was unwilling to pay.

I called and closed the spirit credit card account and all airline services and today they charged be a 59.95 charge for the 9.00 fare club. they said since i didn't do it over the internet the calls were not acceptable.

I HAVE NEVER FLOWN SPIRIT AND NEVER WILL. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR CREDIT CARD.

BUYER BEWARE FIND ANOTHER AIRLINE. ONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Monetary Loss: $59.
