Why? Check in lady at the main desk says we can't sit together. Check in lady in front of the door can't change our sits cause the plain is full. We get in the plane it is half full. Why? We are 2 travelers and we have a service animal. WHY? We don't like to be lied to and we were not rude. So my question remains: WHY?

I will never fly spirit airlines air lines again. The employees are incompetent. I believe the the incompetence starts at the top and works its way down. Done let the low price fool you. I have to believe there mechanics are as bad as other employees.
