Spirit Airlines charged us 35 dlls for our carry on baggage. That was bad enough, but what did it was the fact that our flight back to San Diego was cancelled at the last minute and rebooked until the next day with no explanation.

Spirit staff at the airport were rude, did not apologize and all they did is give us a seven dollar voucher for a snack at the airport! They also offered us a fifty dollar voucher for a future flight.

I will NEVER fly with Spirit Airlines again even if they offered me a free trip, so the voucher is useless. It was the worst travel experience ever and they should have refunded us with the money we paid for the flight.

Spirit Airlines doesn't care about the Customer or where he needs to go....

Forget about their Number one goal is MONEY HUNGRY BASTARDS.

Never Never I will use their services!
