The worst airline ever. They just took away 42,000 miles because i didn't use the card for a month.

They charge you for the air you breath, make it impossible to use the miles and then take them away. The customer service supervisor refused to do anything to help, no compromise, no negotiation - just gone.

From now on I will use only my American Express card, those points never expire.

I will NEVER fly this airline again - and by the way - you can't get an American on the phone - it all comes out of India. I thought we needed jobs in America?

Monetary Loss: $42.
