Spirit Airline gave me a credit of $60 with an expiration date. I tried to use it to carry my dog and bag. However, they said I can't because it was a credit. "The "***" system does not allow them to do it." So, I called back to use the credit and now they are telling me it expired two days ago when I still had three days left according to what they informed me in the beginning. and they said "They are sorry and apologize for the inconvenience but the "***" system does not let them do it." System is made by people so I don't understand how system can't be changed. Obviously their system is wrong and corrupted and useless. They need a new system and should not be running.

So, while I was on the phone trying to work something out with them, they hung upon me.
