Daughter was flying to visit from lax to hou arrived 2hours early to check in and the manager at the spirit counter said she missed her flight. Noted her as a no show made no effort to put her on another flight and was a straight up ***!!!!!

My daughter was bumped off the flight just to find out later it was delayed and she was bumped because it was overbooked.
