Spirit Airlines - NEVER AGAIN

Are used spirit airlines roughly 4 years ago and they lost my luggage I was in Mexico for 24 hours with no luggage. Said I would never fly with them again but circumstances left me with no choice this time. Would you believe they lost my luggage again I’ve flown with this airline only twice and both times my luggage was missed placed. The first time my luggage was returned to me my suitcase was destroyed as well. With not so much as even a sorry. Never again

Spirit Airlines - Over charged

After we bought our tickets to save money, we realized we were over charged for baggage instead of one price for travel we are being charged for baggage in our connecting flight .. instead of saving money we are paying almost over $500.00 for 4 checked bags .. we have one round trip . How is that possible . All I get is sorry that is the way it is !!!!!! That is a rip off
