We were booked pn flt NK 615 leaving Boston at 6:17 pm June 12,2017. After many delays, the flt was cancelled at 10:00 pm.

We stood in line at least 2 hrs. to be reassigned. We were given cots to sleep on in the baggage area around 12:00 pm. We had no blankets, no water, and no security.

I tried to find a hotel in the area, they were either booked or too far away. There was a flt that came in for their baggage around 12:30. There was construction going on in the next baggage area, theses people went back and forth all morning with their push carts full of refuse. I am 76 yrs old, have health issues, have a bad back, I was unable to sleep on the cot, I sat up on a bench seat FREEZING.

The only good thing that happened was they booked us on JET BLUE 7:00 am next morning. A direct flt to Tampa, instead of routing us to Ft Lauderdale for our assigned layover.

I am so happy to be home, but I have been sick and depressed since. How can they treat people like this?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
