WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! CHRISTMAS WAS RUINED AND AIRLINE SPIRIT COULD CARE LESS.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP. MAKING DEMANDS TO ME TO PROVE MY LUGGAGE WAS LOST AND WHAT'S IN IT. JERKS DO YOUR JOB AND I WON'T HAVE TO DO IT FOR YOU. IF I HANDLED MY JOB THAT WAY I WOULD BE ON THE CORNER HOLDING SIGN FOR FOOD!!!!!!

YOU SHOULD NOT BE SLEEPING AT NIGHT TILL MY PERSONAL ITEMS HAVE BEEN FOUND.

THANKS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT DOING THEIR JOB TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY MY WHOLE FAMILY HAD NO CHRISTMAS. I BET THE REST OF YOU ENJOYED YOUR CHRISTMAS.

All airlines loose luggage and all airlines have waiting periods before they reimburse you.They look for your bag in the 100s or 1000s of bags they have that are lost then after so many days if it cant be found the airline will ask for a list of items that were in your bag, and might require recipts for some items.That the way most airlines work and when you purchased your ticket and checked your bag you agree to this.

Unfortunately luggage does get lost sometimes. It happens with all airlines. Without knowing the specifics, I'm guessing this is just a whiney complaint because you're pissed it happened to you.
