I have not flown with Spirit for several months but just found that they charged me $7 for an on-board purchase made a week ago. I have called my credit card company to dispute, but in researching it, it seems I am not the only person who this has happened to.
Is this a company strategy to try to sneak small charges through people's cards and hope they don't notice it? This should not happen and should be investigated further to make sure others have not been affected similarly.
Anyone who has flown with them should check your credit card bills to see if same thing has happened. Very frustrating now to have new cards issued and be without a card for several days because of this.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
