On 12/24/2012 I was booked for a 12:46 AM flight. The flight was posted in the Airline website as delayed for 3:20 AM.

Because of the delay I showed up the counter right after 1:00 AM. They denied the service to me and to 6 other persons. The guy at the counter turned his back on us and left. He said a supervisor will be there and no one came.

I called 3 times to the airline 1-800 number and all 3 times they said they won't do anything for me. They said they were gonna put me to talk to a supervisor. After long wait. I hanged up.

The first call was I was kept on hold for 30 mins, the second for 29 mins and the third call for 37 mins. Around 4:00 am a person from the airline showed up at the counter briefly. And said to me and other person there that they will steal our money (using a very offending tone).

A Denver airport representative witnessed what she said. Now it's 5:45 AM and I am still at the counter waiting for someone to show up.
