they screw me fo 500.00 box last year when i bought last minute ticket wont refund me after the death of my mother they only refund if you die yourself and this year they charge me 69.95 for membership flight club that dont want .last year they ofer me for 9.00 flight club it is a trap next year they would charge you 69.95 ....try to go on ther web site or phone service you beter try speeking with god!!! warning to every body want travel with them ...for me i never travel whit spirit of my life i beter cross the atlantic by canoe than give this robber company a penny again martin tremblay québec canada

I went on a spirit airlines flight 777 to Las Vegas on Tuesday the 27th. It was at 805pm from Fort Lauderdale There was a nasty obnoxious woman in seat 21a. She was old short and had a green jean jacket. She was so rude crazy and kept hitting my Elbows and touching me. She was crazy horrible. In fact it's almost as if she was molesting me. She continued yelling being annoying and touching me constantly. She did it on purpose and when I asked her to stop she kept doing it and treated me as if She has a right to touch me. This is assault and this perverted psycho woman assaulted me at least 20 times. She also kept hanging her ugly arm over the rest into my lap and it was on purpose. She did everything she cud to touch me constantly and is a rapist. Also in the seat next to me an Indian man too kept touching me on purpose and I had to ask him to stop but he did stop. If anyone knows this ugly old woman punch her sorry self out in the face. She is crazy and a ***. She acted like a *** ***. Me and my husband were disgusted by her attitude and behavior. She was old wrinkled and had red hair. This psycho woman was just sick in the head. This crazy woman is very sick. Please beat the living shlt out of her she deserves it. What is wrong with people todsy that they feel they can molest or touch people constantly on a flight?? This ISNT ok. This woman was like the devil really.

Spirit Airlines in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - I slip and fall at spirit air lines terminal 4, it was slippery I was caring a 2 year old, I was walking slow and u fall.

I was walking having the 2 year old baby and I slip and fall on my knee and then on my back, I'm hurting then my brother in law help me get up and the baby, I was bleeding in my knee I cued not walk my pant got all dirty and the baby it was smelling bad, that spot was slippery, no police around I got on the car, because the car was doing double parking for me to get in the car with the others. This incident happen today July, 10th 2014 around 11.30 a.m. The arrivals from Chicago flight to fortladerdale 10:30a.m I got pictures!

DO NOT FLY WITH SPIRIT AIRLINES

I've had the worst experience ever on my first trip with Spirit Airlines. I've been contacting Spirit Airlines repeatedly over the past month and no one has helped me. DO NOT fly with Spirit no matter what you do!!!! My family and I were flying round trip from from Niagara Falls Airport to Fort Lauderdale Airport in July. We headed to the airport 2 hours before our flight home to Niagara Falls. A Spirit representative guided our family to a very long lineup with only 2 representatives working behind the counter. The lineup was barely moving and when there was 1 hour left to our flight, we asked a representative if we could be checked in ahead of everyone else. We were very rudely told to stay in line and wait our turn. By the time we got our turn, there were 45 minutes left to the flight but be were told that the flight was "closed" and no one could be checked in this late. I spoke to the representative very politely and explained to her that we were in line and waiting and even informed you that we getting late for our flight. To my surprise she shrugged and shoulders and said "nothing we can do about it". I was asking the Spirit check-in representative if there was anyone I could speak to that would understand our situation, we were at the airport check-in on time and even informed the representatives while waiting that we were getting late. She continued to tell me that she couldn't help me until my turn came. Next I asked her what our options were if we did in fact miss the flight. She said the only option was to transfer us to the next flight leaving on Thursday July 11th and it would cost us a transfer fee of about $150 for 4 tickets. Now this was on Sunday July 7th, so the flight she was offering us was FOUR days later!!! That is absolutely not acceptable. She would not offer me any option to transfer to another airline because Spirit does not fly out to Niagara falls everyday. This left us with no option and we had to pull out our laptops and search on our own for the next available flight while watching our paid for flight leave us behind. We had to spend another $1350 to buy four (4) 1-way tickets home on a United flight first thing next morning plus $50 to check our baggage which we had already paid for on Spirit. My parents and I had to stay at Ft. Lauderdale Airport overnight because of this!!! A huge mistake on the part of Spirit Airline Representative has set us back over $1400 while having to deal with horrendous customer service. Like I've mentioned above, I've been contacting Spirit Airlines repeatedly since we have returned home and they keep telling me that their tickets are non-refundable. This is getting ridiculous and what happened to us was not fair. If Spirit Airlines has staffing issues, it shouldn't cost passengers an extra $1400 to get home while three of us each missed a day at work!!! It's been a month since our trip and Spirit Airlines is doing anything to help me. I should not have to pay for a ticket that I didn't get to use because the airline was at fault. I repeat, DO NOT FLY WITH SPIRIT AIRLINES.

I BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR MY SON TO COME VISIT ME. CIRCUMSTANCES CAME UP THAT MADE IT NECESSARY TO CANCEL THE FLIGHT. WHEN YOU LOOK UNDER INFO ON CHARGES TO CANCEL A FLIGHT, IT SAYS $115. IF YOU DO IT YOURSELF, AND $125 IF YOU CALL IN. (TO INDIA BY THE WAY)...I HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE DOING IT ONLINE, BECAUSE OUR NAMES WERE DIFFERENT - SO I HAD TO JOIN THE CLUB IN MY SON'S NAME IN ORDER TO CANCEL...BUT...THEY DON'T TELL YOU ANYWHERE THAT THERE'S AN ADDITIONAL $33.40 CHARGE TO CANCEL - THEY SAY IT'S IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR FLIGHT..BUT NOWHERE IN THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY WHEN YOU'RE CANCELLING. THEY SUCK..ONLY NOW READING OTHER HORRIBLE REVIEWS - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

:( I recently flew to Vegas for our Aniversary and we experience a 2 hrs delay becauce the crew was late meaning no pilot and workers once tbeh arrived they jusy said we ready to board and everyone ran to the line i saw many people complaining that someone was in theyre sit and i saw many people slipping all over the floor. Very unprofessional not to mention the plain ride was very rough i felt like i was on a city bus on a very bumpy road never again

DO NOT FLY SPIRIT AIRLINES.They cancel the flights, dont give you a place to stay overnight, they put you in another flight that arrives in the other side of the island and then they think you can walk home, don't even give you transportation to the airport that you where suposed to arrive originaly. NO VUELEN POR SPIRIT AIRLINES. Cancelan los vuelos, no te dan hotel, no te devuelven el dinero, te montan en otro vuelo que llega al otro lado de la isla y pretenden que camines, por que ni transportacion te dan para el aeropuerto que se supones que llagaras originalmente. QUE CO@#$%*.
