Spirit Air HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY TO FLY WITH STAY AWAY FROM THE MOST COMPLAINED AGAINST AIRLINE. I FLEW ON THE LAST FLUGHT OF THE NIGHT FROM SEATTLE TO HOUSTON, LESS THAN 109 PASSAGNERS ON IT AND LEFT HALF THE LUGGAGE THAT THEY CHARGE FOR IN SEATTLE.

NON STOP FLIGHT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE MY BAG SENT TO ME WITHIN FOUR HOURS AFTER IT ARRIVED IT IS OVER 14 HOURS NOW AND STILL NOT HERE.

HOUSTON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST THEY DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH IRRATE CUSTOMER THREAT THEY WILL CALL THE HOUSTON POLICE. THEY SUCK

Did they say why they left it?some flights Depending on aircraft and runway length may be weight restricted.meaning they have to reduce the weight of.the aircraft to be under the max takeoff weight.its happens more during winter when there is rain ice or snow on the runway.the weight limit is reduced.So if that happens they either have to take off fuel,passengers or luggage or a combo of all.fuel usually being the last.bags being the first.this could maybe be the reason
