I booked 11 passengers with my email and my credit card. All friends and employees on a trip I was paying for.

I signed up for the $9 fare club with my email and my credit card. Their system put the club membership in the name of one of my passengers and it won't let me us the fare club because it states I am not the member. It won't let me cancel the membership. It is charging me for the membership and will not accept the membership for discount on bag fees.

I have called, I have emailed and have gotten no help. And of course I ended up paying the full price for all 11 passengers for baggage fees since our trip is over.

Last time ever with spirit. Lodging a complaint and disputing the fee for the fare club with american express.
