They cancelled our flight while walking to our departure gate
If I could, there would be no stars. Our 1st time with Spirit Airlines will be our last time.
We were giving a cancellation notice by email at the airport walking to our departure gate, where there was no one at the service desk to take questions or give help. We tried to call customer service from the airport. After 2 hours of calling and being disconnected. We called back yet again and was transferred to 3 different departments and was again disconnected.
We still received no help or answers giving. I also tried to get a refund by contacting customer service online to no avail. Now we have to fight to get a refund for our tickets not to mention the money we lost with our hotel. The flight was cancelled by Spirit Airlines due to mechanical failure nothing to do with us.
Now I have to go through our credit card company and dispute the purchase we never received. Please save yourself the cost and headache flight any other airline!!!

I managed to get to my relatives' house and checking my luggage, I see that my Burberry sandals and my Hermès belt were not exactly where I had left them. ... I thought for a moment that my mother had taken it out of the briefcase or something and I was very sure that it was not like that and that she had not touched my suitcase at all. Everything indicates that it was stolen from me and I want them to give me back my things or the money and the cost of those brand accessories due between $700 to 800 dollars and it is a disappointment for the first time that I travel with that prestigious agency, supposedly a prestigious pass "something like that ...
