Spirit removed me and my 1 1/2 year old child off a flight because he was crying

my son was crying on a flight and they decided to remove us from the flight he is 1 1/2 year old. I had to spend the day in orlando airport because they put us on another flight, and of course it was delayed.

Could not each them about the baggage costs, plus by the time I paid for everything I could have flew Alaska without all the trouble having to pay verges foe seats and bags. Ridiculous

Because spirit airlines canceled my flight I had to buy a $400 ticket to get back home to Atlanta, Ga from Las Vegas. I have not been refunded my ticket that I bought with Spirit Airlines. I also would like to be refunded the $200 I spent on Spirit airlines. I would also like to be paid $400 for the ticket I had to purchase from delta because of Spirit Airlines. This really put me out. Due to this not being my fault I dont feel its fair that I had pay $400 extra because of spirits mess up. I feel the only way Ill feel accommodating for this is with a check of $700 to compensate the extra hotel, plane ticket, and food I had to purchase while I was stuck in Las Vegas.

Never using spirit again. 62 dollars to check one 33 pound suitcase is outrageous..beyond outrageous. U have a some damn nerve.

They cancelled our flight while walking to our departure gate

If I could, there would be no stars. Our 1st time with Spirit Airlines will be our last time.

We were giving a cancellation notice by email at the airport walking to our departure gate, where there was no one at the service desk to take questions or give help. We tried to call customer service from the airport. After 2 hours of calling and being disconnected. We called back yet again and was transferred to 3 different departments and was again disconnected.

We still received no help or answers giving. I also tried to get a refund by contacting customer service online to no avail. Now we have to fight to get a refund for our tickets not to mention the money we lost with our hotel. The flight was cancelled by Spirit Airlines due to mechanical failure nothing to do with us.

Now I have to go through our credit card company and dispute the purchase we never received. Please save yourself the cost and headache flight any other airline!!!

Payment

I booked a flight from Chicago O'Hare to Las Vegas on February 15, 2022, I did the reservation and got a confirmation code. When I went to check in it said my payment didn't go through. I try to rebook the flight and it wasn't available. I went to the airport and talk to a ticket agent name Sean, and he took care of my problem. I like to say thank you Sean for your help.

I was stranded on San Juan PR on 8/1/2021 was just give refund and voucher that I only can use when ever your company feel like it. That is one two I was left stranded got two days and I had to find my way back home on my own when all your customers representatives left and there was no one to help us. 3 I had to put out of my pocket 800 to fly back home through another airline and now this ridiculous rule that I cant use my voucher when ever I want. Either I get some results or another lawsuit is coming your way as well I lost 2 days of work with no pay because of your in responsibility

Boarding pass issues although I purchased another ticket. I’m at the DTW airport now. This is my second day

Boarding pass issues at the gate. My info is in the system. I havent been allowed to board the plane. I checked in early - my info is in the system; I was not allowedd to get on my flight at 12:45 today. Now Im waiting to board the 7:15 flight today. Wasnt allowed to board yesterday either. I want to make a report !!

On December 29 I traveled for the first time with this airline, the flight was through Fort Lauderdale and I boarded at 6:05 am. It turns out that when I arrived at my destination which was Newark (NJ) ...

I managed to get to my relatives' house and checking my luggage, I see that my Burberry sandals and my Hermès belt were not exactly where I had left them. ... I thought for a moment that my mother had taken it out of the briefcase or something and I was very sure that it was not like that and that she had not touched my suitcase at all. Everything indicates that it was stolen from me and I want them to give me back my things or the money and the cost of those brand accessories due between $700 to 800 dollars and it is a disappointment for the first time that I travel with that prestigious agency, supposedly a prestigious pass "something like that ...

insurance for the staff they have there as workers .. Well I need an answer, a call or something and I want my things that were stolen from me immediately or the money back .. is all I have to say ..

My name is Carroll Neal, the reason why I’m sending this message is because on February 13th 2022 I couldn’t make my 6:30 a.m. flight. I had a family emergency. My son and my wife became ill.

I spoke to someone at Spirit and explained my situation and she put me on hold. She returned to the phone and said that was nothing she could do I would have to pay for another flight. I dont think that is fair! I had a legitimate excuse for way I missed my flight and I just wanted to reschedule my flight for June 18th 2022. I should not have to loose my money because I had a family emergency nor should I have to pay again!! Trying to get through to make a reservation via phone or email

I have waited over the time listed on the "chat", by at least 25 minutes, with no one coming back online to assist me. I have also additionally held on the phone for much longer than the time specified in a voice message. I don't know what else to do, if there is no one available. My daughter said I simply book a flight and then apply the credit. When I go to do that, it says the credit is cancelled. I am trying to use credit for a cancelled flight in November. It was made by my daughter in my name. My understanding was that I just go and reserve a trip and then bring up the credit. When I try to use that code *(of the cancelled flight, from November, 2020, it says that it is cancelled)
