The time limit for a credit

Hi paid for two tickets to South Carolina round-trip that was canceled was given a $1400 credit booked Three flights for a total of $500 I needed to add a bag for my trip and was told my 900 credit was no longer valid

Spirit Airlines - LOST BAG/DAMAGED BAG/NO HELP

Spirit airlines has to be the worst airline when it comes to communication, it is unbelievable. They lost my bag (that I paid $50.00 to travel with), I called and called.

No one EVER called me back. Finally, we went to the airport that we flew into because we were unable to get anyone on the phone (an hour drive each way). We flew in on a Sunday, and went to the airport on a Thursday after days of no one calling us back or answering the phone. The bag has been sitting at the airport for who knows how long, and not a single person that works at spirit even knew that.

Apparently it was never scanned when it arrived, UNREAL! I understand that companies are understaffed right now, and I was patient for the first day or two of me calling nonstop. But after day 3, my patience were shot. This company DOES NOT CARE to call their customers back.

It is very unfortunate because we just recently moved and will be making trips back home every 3 months and were excited that spirit was an option for us and all of our family that will be flying in to visit. I will not be recommending Spirit to my family members anytime soon. If that wasn't enough, my very expensive suitcase now has a missing wheel and *** the size of my fist in it. ALL IN ALL, A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

If we did not decide to take matters into our own hands and go to the airport, who knows if I ever would have found my bag.

I spent the week trying to get in touch with someone with zero luck, not to mention the items I had to buy to hold me over until we found the bag ourselves.

I could easily forgive the baggage being left behind and taking time to make it to the destination, the thing I am most upset about is the lack of communication and lack of remorse. I have yet to hear from anyone from Spirit, very disappointing!!!!!!

Complaining about the airline

They lost our bag can't find a phone # that work. Either disconnect ed or phone hangs up.

I have had a supervisor tell me he can't help. Customer is the worst. We arrived last night 9:00 pm in Oakland from Philadelphia apparently never got put on our plane in oakland . Philadelphia does answer phone mailbox is full.

We are on vacation now you have no clothes and have wasted one day looking for our bag we paid for you to delivery from point a to point b and everyone from spirit told us to find our own bag.

We file a complaint online at airport girls at counter were rude and not helpful at all. Sheree Checchio

Question about crédito card

While trying to book a flight for myself and a friend to Vegas, the site declined 3 different credit cards that were all good. I closed out of the site, reentered all information, it then accepted my card, however the price leaving from. Kc was higher than it was a few min prior. Did get the same price on return trip home.

I was treated fairly at when bording I was made to pay for my Caring on bag and there were two other people behind me with bags that wouldnt fit in the compartment and was not charge for them The tenant asked him how many people with them and I guess she felt like since we had 3 1/2 for he had to pay for their bags which wasnt fair because their backs really long I had a suitcase that Lantico fit in but it was a little bit thicker and I felt like it wasnt fair I dont know if its racism because my husband was a different race but something should be done It was unfair because I had someone tell me on the plane that the people behind me didnt pay for their oversize bags it wasnt fair I had a little girl with a little girl suitcase it wasnt fair

Cancelation of Spirit Saver Club

I called on the due date for renewing the Club. I canceled and requested that my card not be charged the yearly fee of $69,95. The card was charged anyway and I needed to call the company again for a refund.

We have flew with spirit airline for four times. I had only one back-pack. And I had to pay 74 dollar on each trip.it was more expensive that the flight itself. Despite that, it was late for 5 hours from Miami to New York. Flight attendants were so mean. I really felt the notion of Nothing is free with this airline. You pay bit more with the bigger Airlines sure, but its way worth it.

Hello. This is Sueyesha KC and I was traveling to Vegas from LAX from BWI.

My confirmation code is VGD**J and last name on the reservation is KC. Spirit associate at the BWI airport changed my seats without my consent whereas I had already pre checked in and got my e-tickets. When I asked him for clearance and seat confirmation I got harassed and ignored. When I tried to explain about my disability I was eye rolled at and not heard.

They ignored my disability and assigned my seat without even letting me see my limited options. I tried to explain about my multiple established disabilities and doctors notes but the associate raised his hand and gestured me to leave with the seat I didnt want.

They also charged me for the seat I did not want without my consent and were extreme rude to me. I feel harassed and had a horrible experience to a point I am never flying spirit or recommending it to anybody

It had been resolved. Spirit airline has my one carry-on and one bag in their system. No problem.

I checked in one carry-on and a bag prior. When I check in today prior to my travel tomorrow. It is showing that one carry-on was checked in. I was charged $106 which has taken from my account. Pls I need to speak to a customer svc to resolve it.

Too many charges too many problems

They make it impossible to check in online without paying another site 20.00 . This is in addition to the checked bag fees. Also paying for a seat and no customer service at all. They are a joke. Frontier has no idea how bad their reviews will be merging with this horrendous airline the last time I was going to fly them they canceled the flt without notifying me. Good luck travelers.. it might be easier to fly with a different airline

Awful service could never get an alive person on the phone regarding my luggage, I was never offered any compensation for the Airline error. The worker forgot to tag my luggage in Orlando then called me on the plane and told me she was walking my luggage over to security, so it would be in STL when I got there, all lies.
