Terrible !!! I just booked a flight 15 min ago and got an emergency phone call that my son was on his way to the hospital .. called immediately to get a refund and they said no! Terrible terrible terrible! Now I have a credit on an airlines I want no part of! This airlines is terrible !!!

Spirit Airlines charges for Bags!

Spirit airlines charged us $95.00 for a bag at the MYR terminal. We did not get a charge from BOS to MYR, and then we were charged from MYR to BOS. I explained we didn't get charged in BOS, and they did not care, just continued on with the charge. This is the worst airline for carry on luggage! They really need to be more consistent!

We arrive to Fout Lauderdale airport at 10:30pm our flight was at 11:45pm. We didnt know international flight we have to arrive 2 hr earlier.

We miss our departure flight. And we departed to Santiago with American airline because they told us we can return with spirit. Now we stuck in Santiago and now they saying we cant depart with spirit after telling us we can. No one is helping us and now they telling us Since we didnt depart with spirit we cant leave with spirit.

All there staff is useless and they are lier. I will NEVER fly with spirit again worse experience ever and additional unnecessary funds have to be spend

I called 5 times because my first call was lost when I was talking with spanish customer service I never received help. All 4 calles were lost after waitting much time. I want to use my credit that it had due day July 28. This credit was from a canceled travel on May because I had Covid. I just want a extra help with a supervisor. But nobody call was answered.
