Missing item

I paid for my food and beverages during my flight from Atlanta to Newark today flight NK99 At 620 am landing at 821 am. I ordered the cheese plate, pringles, and a jack Daniels with Diet Coke. I fell asleep before consuming any of it. I was sitting in seat 1F. After leaving the airport I realized I had left it on the seat or it had fallen out. Inside was my drivers license,numerous construction certifications, about 1,500.00$ cash a green credit one credit card, a red Bank of America card both with my name on it. And a picture of my wife on the left side of the wallet.

I lost an entire day's pay because someone forgot to gas the plane up b4 allowing passengers to board. Which started a chain reaction to a series of unfortunate events like having to wait an additional 45 minutes in the sky to land because we missed our scheduled...

Negligence of someone forgetting to gas the plane before passengers are boarded. Leaving passengers feeling trapped in a sardine can. Very uncomfortable how a two hour flight turned into a 5 hour flight because of someone else Negligence

I recently had a horrible experience on my last returning flight home from Florida on Tues June 14 . My usual 2 and a half hour flight took 5 hours due to the negligence of airport staff forgetting to gas the plane up before boarding which had all passengers irritated for a hour before the plane ride even began.

That delay caused a chain of events like our landing time. Which threw off my entire pick up plans. This event also caused delay to luggage dept. Which made a huge inconvenience in my day.

I was prepared for my layover BUT the a delay after boarding other than an emergency is so unexpected an unexceptable for such a elite airline. Ruined my entire day and lost a 2 hours of pay for being late to work.
With the huge amount of children that was on this plane the aggravation kept rising. I know the clean up on that specific plane was more than usual. Especially because of the late gas up it caused air traffic interference with our landing time and plane was forced to cirle area for an additional 40 minutes.

Horrible absolutely horrible... the staff on plane offered no free refreshments beverages for our inconvenience or discounts on future flight which should have been given. Our delay was NOT due to weather or anything out of the hands of a human. But it was a result of negligence.

Who forgets to gas plane up before boarding. Isnt that the first task when a plane enters an airport??? Smdh.

I need a resolution for this flight. You ALL NEED TO DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

Overcharged for luggage I didnt have. Also my luggage was damaged please help. I was charged for two pieces of luggage but I only had one piece. My luggage was damaged, cracked and dented. I will go get a price of luggage comparable to what I have. Thank you this matter. I look forward to hearing from Spirit Customer service.

They suck and they charge for everything. The weight of checked baggage is on 40 pounds and other airlines it is 50 pounds. The seating is not healthy for a normal size human being to sit in and as a result you need to behind examines after you fly this airline

I am now in Costa Rica and I made another attempt to use Spirit and again after a two hour wait on the phone I was disconnected. I am so frustrated!

My phone number in Costa Rica is 506-8825-**** and I gave my US phone number plus an email address. No one has attempted...

I had a credit with Spirit because they cancelled my flight and offered me no alternative flight. I attempted to use my credit and there were no flights available on the dates I needed so once again I cancelled.

When I was finally able to use my credit they told me they no longer allowed emotional support dogs I cancelled again but this time the agent did not cancel my flight because I received an email two days later reminding me of my flight so when I was able to reach an agent they said it was past the 24 hour refund policy. With each cancellation my credit got smaller and smaller. One kind agent extended what little credit I had left and failed to email as promised a new conformation code so now I have lost my credit completely. The wait time on the phone is hours and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

I will never fly Spirit again or suggest that anyone else does.It is the worst and most unreliable airline I have ever used. Spirit really could do a lot better just look at the ratings!

Sarah Jane just hung up on me when I asked her to bring me my luggage that Spirit airlines misplaced. She said that she would not deliver it to me the day of, when it was finally retrieved. SPIRITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I NEED A REP TO CONTACT ME ASAP TO ENSURE SHE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!
