This is the 2nd time in a month that spirit has left my wife in Fort Lauderdale which is her connecting flight, with no accommodations of any kind.The first time she was told it was the airports fault!! So just how in the *** does one work without the other? I understand that flights are delayed and airlines try to keep a schedule but you should also take care of your customers better than this. Besides never getting your miles. 3 times when I ve had enough for a round trip they block you from getting them! I have two 50. A month payments and add another 25. To 50 totaling 100. To 150. Each month. I have the two 50 payments which were an accident which have been paid on the 15 of the month for the past 3 yrs, in Sept they moved the date back 2 days and charged a late charge and they wouldn't let me taken off by the Bank of America ! ... I was on flight from Fort Lauderdale to Chicago. The attendant picked a very large man several rows back to sit between another man and myself we had paid extra for leg room seats. Well guess what this beast of a man who by way stunk so bad that we both had to turn our heads and hold our hand over are noses. To make it worse I insisted that he be moved back to original seat. SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!! Who is not surprised to read yet another horrific review of Spirit Airline!?!?! Horrible customer service no concern for customers

Why? Check in lady at the main desk says we can't sit together. Check in lady in front of the door can't change our sits cause the plain is full. We get in the plane it is half full. Why? We are 2 travelers and we have a service animal. WHY? We don't like to be lied to and we were not rude. So my question remains: WHY?

Scam. Do NOT fly with Spirit. $50 to bring a bag in the plane - or if you kiss that little point it's $100 at the gate. Want a window? That will cost you too. Actually, even a middle seat will cost you. You'll learn that everything costs you. There's a reason why this is the most despised airline of them all. They are crooks. Never again.

Flying Spirit for a few months and the flight attendants were giving bonus flight miles for anyone that filled out an application and turned it in on the plane. Gt the application and looked it over all seemed ok. Filled it out and turned it in to the flight attendant a couple flights later. In less than a month got a call from Life Lock about stolen identity and an application for credit with Amazon and Synchrony Bank. Couple days later a call... Read more

They always delaying flights never on time and when you arrive at your airport everything is shut down and you have to walk miles to get to your termial sucks. Cheap but not even worth it.
